In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, agendas are posted 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of the meeting.  A recording of the meeting will be made and will be available to the public in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act upon written request.  Audio and video recordings of Council meetings are not a requirement and are provided as a courtesy.  Note that Minutes of Meetings are not posted until they are approved by the City Council in open meeting.
