Code Enforcement
The City of Sandy Oaks Code Enforcement Division helps protect the health, safety, and quality of life in Sandy Oaks by enforcing city ordinances related to property maintenance, nuisances, and public safety. Our goal is to encourage voluntary compliance while ensuring neighborhoods remain safe, clean, and well-maintained.
What We Handle
Overgrown lots, weeds, and vegetation violations
Junk, debris, and illegal dumping
Zoning and land use compliance
Substandard structures and unsafe conditions
Signage violations
Nuisance complaints (noise, abandoned vehicles, etc.)
