- Animal Control Section: Secured a $2,500 grant from Best Friends Animal Society to fund spay and neuter services for cats

- City Administration Department: Improved nighttime safety by partnering with CPS Energy on a $15,829.88 project to install 14 solar-powered City streetlights
- City Administration: Partnered with the TxDOT on approximately $200,000 in asphalt level-up work at I37, Priest Road, and Mathis Road South
- City Administration: Secured $656,500 in Bexar County Community Development Block Grant funding for the Restless Deer Street Reconstruction

- Police Department: Secured a $17,744.50 Office of the Governor grant to outfit every officer with rifle-resistant body armor

- Tax Base: Total Residential Net Taxable Value: $187,068,826, up from $178,139,408 in 2025 (an increase of 5%)

- Restless Deer Street Reconstruction Project
- Interstate Highway 37 Improvements -In partnership with the Texas Department of Transportation, Interstate Highway 37 through Sandy Oaks will receive a full hot mix of asphalt overlay and complete bridge joint replacement, scheduled for February 2028.
