• Lead an established staff of seventeen across three City departments: City Secretary and Municipal Court Clerk), Police (Chief, Lieutenant, Captain, Detective, and three Patrol Officers), Code Enforcement (Code Official), Public Works (Director and two staff), Animal Control (two Officers and a Kennel Technician), and the Community Center (Supervisor), and oversee recruiting and hiring
• Prepare and monitor the City’s $1.36M annual budget for Council consideration
