The City of Sandy Oaks has two parks; one is the main City Park located at 4451 Hickory Haven and the other is a natural springs area that will be addressed in the future for a possible walking/bike trail.

The City Park is currently open from 8:00 am - Dusk and includes a one-half mile walking trail, children's play area, basketball court, exercise equipment area, community center, and pavilion.
